If you know me at all, you would know how much I love all things food. I love creating recipes, cooking and most importantly I love eating food (..hahaha)!
For those who are new to the FODMAP diet (or any restrictive diet) or have been on it for some time, you would know just how hard it is to eat what you love.
Because of this, I took this on as a challenge and ever since I have been creating food and recipes of FODMAP friendly alternatives of the things I loved to eat.
My recipes are suitable for everyone, whether you are on low FODMAP, if you are on a low gluten/lactose or fructose diet, or if you just like food! I also have some vegan & paleo options too.
